Electrician
Join our ship repair team as Electrician: maintain and troubleshoot mobile diesel generators aboard vessels, keep safety first, and grow in a supportive, tech‑driven workplace.
YOUR ROLE
As an electrician, you and your colleagues are responsible for the maintenance and repair of mobile diesel generators (power packs) that are used on board seagoing vessels. These are mounted in 20ft or 40ft containers and range from 250KVA to 1500KVA. This includes preventive maintenance, diagnosis + repairs, testing, connection on board ships,... . You also supervise order, cleanliness and safety.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a strong affinity with technology or you have had a technical education.
You speak good English
Do you also speak other (Eastern European) languages? That's definitely a plus
You can read an electrical diagram and know the electrical components in a cabinet
You can keep a cool head and set priorities.
You work accurately and punctually.
Obviously, you are a team player
Occasional overtime and weekend work do not scare you.
